By using SnapInspect you agree to these terms.

The service

SnapInspect produces AI-assisted property condition reports and photo comparisons. The AI analysis is an aid, not a certified survey. Photographs and your own judgement remain the primary record. You are responsible for verifying the report before relying on it in any tenancy, legal, or financial matter.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos you have the right to capture and store.
• Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the service.

Plans & billing

Free and paid (Pro) tiers are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes (including GST for India) are applied as required.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapInspect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated assessments.
