Privacy Policy

SnapInspect("we") helps landlords and property managers create AI-assisted inspection reports. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and the GDPR where applicable.

What we collect

• Inspection data you create: property names, addresses, room labels, notes, and the photographs you upload.
• An anonymous identifier stored in a cookie to link your data to your browser. No name or email is required to use the free tier.
• Usage events (e.g. report generated) to operate and improve the service.
• Payment metadata (plan, order id, status) when you upgrade. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) — we never see or store them.

How photos are processed

Uploaded photos are resized and sent to our AI vision provider solely to generate your condition report and damage comparisons. They are stored so your reports remain viewable. We do not sell your data or use your photos to train third-party models.

Retention & your rights

You may delete individual photos in the app at any time. To request export or full deletion of your data, email support@aiskillhub.info. We retain inspection data while your browser identifier is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for dispute and legal records.
